• Apply for the 2025 Global Gathering

  The Global Gathering (GG) will take place on September 8, 9, and 10 in Estoril, Portugal. The event is meant to provide digital rights defenders and their allies a space to network, share knowledge, collectively brainstorm, and, most importantly, rejuvenate. Event activities will focus on issues related to digital rights, online security for civil society, and other challenges at the intersection of human rights and technology.

  Anyone is welcome to apply, regardless of their country or origin, language, or background. The only requirement is that they are actively working in digital rights, internet freedom, or protecting their communities from digital attacks and oppression.
